(just a note.. the lovely dogs on the pages..are my two cairns and foster Sedona) Corinne
Hello everyone: A happy and healthy new year to you all! Col. Potter Cairn Rescue Network PROUDLY announces our 2004 "COINS FOR CAIRNS" ONE MILLION PENNY CHALLENGE! Our goal is to collect one million pennies, OR THE EQUIVALENT in larger coins, checks or PayPal payments to help Col. Potter's rescue kids in 2004! So you don't need to scurry for your calculator, the equivalent is $10,000.00. Here is the link to our Challenge http://mall.cairnrescue.com/inv_coins_for_cairns.htm Within the next week, additional pages will also be up at CHALLENGE HEADQUARTERS, where we have the crew ready to count coins and roll pennies, and at any time during the year, you can click in, and watch our progress. As you all know, Col. Potter started a fantastic Public Education program in 2003. We are set up with supplies, educational hand outs, etc., to help educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter and rescue of ANY breed of dog. Part of our education program is also working with children in classrooms with basic animal health care, ownership responsibilities, and children's involvement. This is also a fantastic way to teach children the value of helping those who are less fortunate. We will gladly post children's collection stories, letters and their names (and adults also) on our website. PLEASE join our Coins For Cairns 1 million Penny Challenge! PLEASE CROSS POST WHERE ALLOWED. THIS IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks from Col. Potter Danielle http://www.cairnrescue.com
