ARGYLE STANDS!!!!

I can't even believe it myself.... Argyle is able to stand on his right rear leg, in spite of the pelvis injury. The vet even said that he is doing so well that he is able to come home this weekend, as long as he is confined to cage rest for the next three weeks. It is really, really a miracle... Argyle is STANDING!!
She seems to think that the pelvis will mend as well on its own as it would if she went back in and wired it together. He did snap at her today when she put her hand in the cage, so he does have feeling in his back end, which although is painful for him it is great news!! The vet even believes he has control of his bodily functions. He didn't potty all day in his crate, but as soon as they took him out he pottied just fine.
He is eating and drinking, and even took a greenie from the Scottie folks that have been watching over him. They said he was very sweet with them...
Thank you all so much for your prayers and good thoughts they are surely the reason that he is making this miraculous recovery.
I will keep you posted. He is really STANDING!!

I am speechless with tears! This is a miracle for sure! I bet it will be hard for foster mom to keep him caged for 3 weeks - that will seem like a lifetime when all she probably wants to do is love the heck out of the little guy.

Yay, that is wonderful! I've been wondering how Argyle was doing and am so pleased to hear this! Just goes to show that a second chance is ALWAYS worth it!
