Pix of the Foster Boys

I have put three new photos of the Foster Boys in the Blog section.

These guys are such cuties--and sweet. Grover has come so far.....he is close to 8 years old. Schwartzie is pretty darned smart--he is only 9 months old!

Both are available through Col. Potter's though Schwartzie is already pretty sought after.

Yes, it does sound bad but they had two small children in the home and you know that sometimes terriers and small kids do not do well together. They really have spent loads of time with him and have treated him well. In this case, it was the best for HIM to go to another home that can spoil him terribly. There is a list of people waiting for him already.

Now Grover, he is a different story and I cannot figure out why. He is the happiest little dog I have had through here--Even though he is a mill release he seems to have put all that behind him and is raring to go on his new life. he wakes up every morning looking for his squeaky ball and then runs through the day just enjoying life! The spirit of these little guys is truly amazing! When he leaves it will truly break my heart (and foster Papa too) but our home is just too small to keep him and he deserves a home where he can get more attention. With 5 dogs here, we are limited as to what we can do with each of them individually.

I know there is a perfect home out there for both these little ones!

9 months does seem young
at least they didnt just put him on a chain in the back yard... at 9 mos he'll be snapped up into a perfect home..

while at first you may be taken aback... thank goodness he got into rescue .. his alternatives were probably MUCH worse.

Grover is absolutely adorable. That picture needs to go on the web site if it is not already there so that everyone can see, even at 8, he has a lot of life and time left. I would snatch him in a minute if I didn't already have a house full - in this case, 4 is enough!

Here is the picture of Grover. He is gorgeous. I hope he gets a wonderful forever home. Does he like to play with the other pups?

Yes, he does but not so much the wrestling. He loves that squeaky ball and he really gives Harley a talking to when he steals it from him. He is really a snuggler!
