Have you ever smelled Hell?
Have you ever Smelled Hell?
It permeates your nose....
Its stick in your clothes....
Soap cannot cut the stench on your skin....
Now you know how a puppymill puppies life all begins....
It has no fresh air...no clean bedding to lye on
Only its Momma who whimpers in pain from years of laying on steal in the cold...heat and rain.
I picked up the puppy who curled to me tight...my friend asked me if this was normal for a Westie puppy to be?
It whimpered and twitched its head at a tilt... Ear mites no doubt and both full to the hilt!
A penis of Red and puss it does weep...
Is this any kind of beginning for one so sweet?
No testicles to be found embedded so deep...tossed aside from Hell
I fill I can only weep.....
The puppy so stiff when picked up to be held....so sad he doesn't know the love he has been with held.
OH THAT SMELL That lingers FROM HELL It stays on my clothes and sticks in my nose.....all of mine know the smell all to well.
I pray for those everyday....the ones that will never has a chance to get away.

This made me cry - I just HATE puppy mills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope you rescued them and then can have a good life away from that horrible, awful place.

Yep, thats the smell.. it permeates puppymill dogs. you bathe them and bathe them.. but it still takes a few weeks of good food, clean air and many baths to make them smell ok.
you know, I dont bathe my dogs often.. their feet smell like popcorn.. a quick spritz.. or a pleasant rain is enough to keep them smelling sweet.
They never smell like years of dog doo and neglect.

Yup...that's the smell. It is one of the worse smells ever. Once you get a whiff, you'll never forget the horror that goes along with it. Yup...that must be what HELL smells like.

Been there smelled that.
I still think all puppy mill owners and workers or even ones that are close to being one should be locked up in the cages for a month.
I was told by the dog warden that the one I turned in he could do nothing about because her BOOKS were up to date and she did have medicine for the dogs but he could do nothing to make her use it.
Just like everything else it's all for show!!!!
I was also told that the government really didn't want to shut them down because a lot were given loans by the government to start up the business and if they shut them down they wouldn't get their money back.
If this part is true it sure explains a lot!!!!!!
