May is sprouting up Rescues!!!!!
So far in May, we got a bunch of new rescues.. 6 from a puppymill auction and 4 others..
Please welcome them. We've named the Auction ones after the Ya Ya Sisterhood. (And the pic below is Vivi and her babies). They are still doing fine.. and Momma is eating very well. We have hope.
The announcement to CRM is below, please say a prayer for the lost babies.

To CRM: We were absolutely blessed to get four females . . . as in absolutely blessed, since the oldest one, a Momma had puppies two days ago. SO, we are grandparents again here to two little two day old puppies, a little boy and a little girl. OH MY . . . for a total of six little lives that we all saved helped to save.
The TREMENDOUSLY sad thing to report was that Momma had ten puppies and eight froze to death in the building last night, so they crossed the bridge by themselves, however I KNOW that all our kids, especially those who were Mom's themselves have new babies now that they are loving on. AND PEOPLE ASK US WHY WE HATE PUPPY MILLERS . . . how's this for one reason?
I always believe in saying a special thank you when I have ever asked for anything, and this *higher above* thank you now is being said with tears rolling down my face. Thank you for helping to get the kids out of the mill for us, thank you for giving strength to those in our group who went to the auction today, thank you everyone for making this financially possible due to people such as yourself. AND I PRAY that the two babies make it, I'm praying hard here. Chances are better than not that they won't.
I'll report more when I hear more. They were just pulling into the vets with the kids, but obviously we can't leave Mom and babies there.
We added to the Col's. family ONCE AGAIN . . . . OH, plus we got another little kiddo yesterday morning, so it's been a busy weekend.

Oh, they are all so cute. I just love Jack - what a cutie. Hoping that they all find good homes - they deserve it!

How very sad that those little ones so needlessly died....little Vivi must have done her best for them...hope the remaining two make it..
