THE MENU IS SET AND YOU ARE INVITED

PERMISSION TO CROSS POST GRANTED AND APPRECIATED!
COME CELEBRATE WITH US!
The menu for Col. Potter Cairn Rescue Networks, September 11th, Memorial Celebration and the Gathering of the Cairn Clan has been set, and this is posted below. All arrangements have been made by our Host and Hostess, Maria and Dennis Rocheleau, who are also graciously providing all of the tenting, tables, chairs and many other special items!

GENERAL INFORMATION:
ANY friend of Potter Cairn Rescue Network [CRM member, adoptive home, etc., is ABSOLUTELY INVITED! Lunch limited to approximately 50 people, so please RSVP as soon as you can!

Saturday, September 11, 2004 (A special date, indeed)
11:00 AM to (ending time to be announced)

$25.00 per person, prepayment prior to the party, is required.

The festivities begin....at 11:00 AM! MAPS, DIRECTIONS AND HOTELS will be posted on our special Yahoo group set up for this event. If you are able to attend, please join this group to learn more details and to sign up. AN RSVP IS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDANCE:

INTRODUCING: CHEF GREG KELLY OF NASHUA. Chef Greg Kelly, just happens to be Maria and Dennis' neighbor! Those who travel in the inner circles will know his name and his expertise. He has a closed clientele, and he has catered for many people you may know! His affairs have included Cardinal Law, All of the Kennedy's, including a couple for JohnJohn before his tragic death, Tom Sellick, & many more people of note! This man is awesome, reliable, and a wonderful man, friend and neighbor!!

PLUS, We are asking those who would like to bring another sweet item, to please do so . . . if your specialty is appetizers or a special munchie, please feel free to bring this also.

BEVERAGES AND LIBATION: As always, we ask those who attend to PLEASE bring your own beverages (soda's, bottled water ~ for you and your dogs ~ and any other beverage you may wish to bring. Maria will have extra coolers and ice available if needed. We understand that those who fly in can't provide this, just let us know what you would like, and this will be picked up for you with advance notice.

DOGGIE ITEMS: REMEMBER also to include in your items you are bringing any necessary water and food bowls for your kids and their food if they are going to be fed away from home. WATCH ALSO, for a post on other doggie items you will need to bring on our Party List.
ALL SCOTTISH BREEDS ARE INVITED.
