Rescues Need Transportation (long)
I am crossposting from ARF4Westies list in case there is anyone who can help get these boys to their Forever Homes.
PERMISSION TO CROSSPOST AND FORWARD
I AM BEGGING !!!!! Can you help give Hampton happiness on this holiday weekend? Any maybe his buddy Auggie, too? We have redone the legs to make them shorter, offered alternative routes and GAS MONEY IS AVAILABLE!
This is a 1952 mile, 7 state trip, but only a few legs in 2 states still need filling:
Saturday, September 4th
Leg #6: Julesburg, CO to Kearney, NE 181 miles 12:30 4:30 pm (TIME CHANGE) --
Leg #7: Kearney, NE to Lincoln, NE 131 miles 4:45-6:45 pm OR:
7A: Kearney, NE to Doniphan NE 45 miles 4:45-5:15
7B: Doniphan, NE to Lincoln, NE 94 Miles5:30-6:45
OVERNIGHT IN OMAHA, NE -- **NEEDED**
Sunday, September 5th
Leg #9: Omaha, NE to Des Moines, IA 135 miles 7:00-9:00 am OR
9A: Omaha, NE to Adair, IA 78 miles 7:00-8:10
9B: Adair, IA to Des Moines 60 miles 8:15-9:00
Leg #10: Des Moines, IA Cedar Rapids, IA 151 miles -- 9:00 11:30 am -- OR
10A; Des Moines to Grinnell, IA- 53 miles
10B: Grinnell , IA to Iowa City, IA 66 miles
Leg #11: Cedar Rapids, IA to Rockford, IL 155 miles 11:45-1:00 pm -- OR
11A: Iowa City, IA to Dixon, IL 108 miles
11B: Dixon, IL to Rockford, IL 56 miles
