Meet Cairn Rescue USA's Rescued Cairns

Hi Everyone:
We (at Cairn Rescue USA) sometimes post for transport help here but with the relatively small number of folks running CRUSA, things often get soooo hectic that we never really get to post about our successes, only our needs and that should not be . In the 2 years that we have been in existence, we have rescued 193 cairns and you can see them all in our recently completed photo album at http://CrusaDogs.CairnRescueUSA.com . Those of you with a dial up connection will need to be patient for the pages to upload because they have a lot of photos, but those of you with broadband should have no problem at all. The green paws are the navigation buttons, so Enjoy the Show!

Wonderful to see all the sweet little faces you've saved. Makes the heart glad. It's a shame some are still available going back to March...I especially liked Scruffy.
Thankyou for the updates.

Question please!! Reply to this Message

Great job, Violetta. I had no idea that you had rehomed so many Cairns. I applaud any family that gives up their pet to a rescue instead of abandoning it at a shelter. I don't understand the pups given up by owners that are just a couple of months old? Did they not even try or just didn't have a clue about terriers?

I think they don't have a clue what a terrier pup can be like and some people think they come house trained

I guess we should be grateful the pups are given up before they are traumatized.
