Help needed for a Dalmation in NY

SO MUCH FOR LOVE AND LOYALTY FROM HIS MASTER......
CAN ANYONE BUY HIM TIME BY GETTING HIM INTO FOSTER?
WHAT A ROTTEN WAY TO END HIS YEARS! :-(
