My new foster sister- Misty
Here she is! She was an owner surrender. She has Addisons like me. She is eight years old.
We think the family surrendered because they couldn't remember to stay on schedule for her shot!
She's a cutie...

I guess some people only want a dog when it's healthy....grrrrrrrr! This makes me so angry. She is a cutie, though. Any chance you may keep her?

She is absolutely gorgeous! Looks like her ex-family did her a favor (by surrendering her) if they couldn't even remember to give her medical care!

It's a lifetime continuous treatment. Possibly with a daily pill of Florinef or monthly shot of Percoten and possible Prednisone.
Nessie was also diagnosed with this in June and it's amazing what we've learned since.

She looks very sweet. Once she is on a shot schudule she will be doing very well.
Debi tells me her dear Buddy is like a new westie. He is active and very happy.Hope you are doing better now too Nessie.

We will keep her as long as needed. Rescue indicates that with her Addison's she could be a long term foster. Who knows, we might even get her on the same shot cycle as Nessie.
