Buddy is missing!!!!!!!!

Here is the info on Buddy...Kris's friend's missing dog...OMG...it's Buddy the missing westiepoo. Feel free to crosspost anywhere you can think of...

Notes: On December 21st we adopted one of dogs to a family in Waterloo IL. They are now having serious marital issues and our rescue dog Buddy wound up in the middle of it.
The husband removed Buddy from their home on Saturday, January 7, 2006 and took him to a piece of property they have near a lake/river and put him in a SHED. Buddy escaped...On Wednesday, January 11th, the day we were told of Buddy's disappearance, WRM had a volunteer go to the home to find Buddy, along with members of the local police department.
There is an official report on file with the Waterloo Police Department of IL.
At this point our mission is to recover Buddy and bring him back into rescue. Buddy has a history of being a fear bitter and we are sure under these circumstances he is pretty stressed and could snap. If you are squatted down with food in your hand he will come right to you. Try not to pick him up as this scares him. Simply slip a lead over him and lead him to safety with treats...
Buddy is a Westiepoo, only 3 1/2 years old and about 18 pounds. He has on a black collar with his rabies tag #24199 which was issued by Dr. Goodrich of Omaha NE. He is microchipped - Chip number 463B130D36. He is still registered to his foster mom, Kris Riggs-Fitzgerald 515-778-5527. This is her cell and will answer it 24/7. She can also be reached at 515-285-8394 (W) 515-246-9855 (H)
Should you find, have seen or know the whereabouts of Buddy, please CALL the number listed ASAP. We are trying to blanket the greater St. Louis area with Buddy's information.
Please cross post this to any colleagues, shelters, animal control or anyone else you might think of. The photo of Buddy is the last picture taken before he went to his adoptive family.
We are offering a reward for the safe return of Buddy to WRM.
PLEASE HELP BRING BUDDY HOME!!

This is really terrible. poor little guy, it is really cold in the midwest right now. I don't know if I am more mad, or sad. Hope he gets back into a good place, without too much trauma, soon, soon, soon.

Carol, I did not realize it was 'Buddy'. Bless his heart...I can only imagine how scared he is. I hope he is found soon and unharmed. This little one surely needs a break!
