My Maine Trip

Well, it was cold (relatively...high 60's day-high 40's night) and rainy. Didn't bother me but I'm not sure mom and poppa were crazy about it. Plus it poured the day of the outside wedding. Mom said it was a beautiful cliff and cove but the tent didn't help much. Her feet (and new shoes) got soaked and she was happy she had a sweatshirt in the car. She is sure there are pictures of her and her beautiful dress covered by this somewhere... The meal was fantastic. Traditional New England: Clam Chowder, Steamers, Mussels and Lobster, Corn, Boiled Potatoes and Onions all cooked outside. His family is old seafaring Maine so it was a maritime ceremony. Very cool. I had a great time staying up in Booth Bay Harbor with friends. Mom didn't take a lot of pics but here are a few.

Here I am enjoying the ride once we were off the interstate.
