CONTEST RULES Each month, we accept photo entries of Terriers from around the world to compete in our Best of Show Photo Contest. The contest is open to select Small Terrier breeds and you do not need to be a club member to participate. Photos must show dog(s) only (no humans can be pictured), must be free of any copyright, and preferably un-altered by image editing software. Accepted photos will be featured on our Contest page and visitors to the site can view your entry and vote for their favorite. Voting results are constantly updated and at the end of each month, the winner will be announced and featured on our "Winners Circle" page. To submit your photo entry, follow the rules below. Please note that we often receive many more entries than we can use in the monthly contest, so your submission may be kept on file or scheduled for a future contest. Accepted contestants will be notified by email at the beginning of the monthly contest in which they appear. If you have any questions about your entry, email us.
VOTING RULES Any visitor to the Terrier Club may vote for their favorite photo entry. Voting will start at the beginning of each month (depending on receipt of contestant entries) and continue to the last day of the month (12 noon PST), or nearest weekday. You must have "cookies" enabled on your computer and all votes are logged for review. |
The Terrier Club reserves the right to adjust results or disqualify
an entrant if there is evidence of tampering or excessive votes
by one visitor. We reserve the right to select or reject any photo entry, and accepted photos may be held for future monthly contests.
