Sparky The Yorkie Update
Another update from Angie-read about Sparky below a few posts down....
Thanks to all of you who have already sent in donations.
First update:
He is improving but slowly and alot is going on. She has not been able to get the police to take a report because it was a dog biting another dog. The people whose dogs did this are not being cooperative and she doesn't have a way to get the name of their insurance company.
It is very very sad.
Second update when asked can Sparky's mom's home insurance take care of it:
She doesn't have a home. She lives between her friends and her mother's house.

If I am not mistaken. Have her call the town hall I think it has to be on record with the deed. She may want to give it a try.
