Westie at St. Tammany Humane Society near NO, LA
I was searching Petfinder and saw a listing for a Westie boy named Louie on the St. Tammany Humane Society website from Covington, LA - just north of Lake Ponchetrain (sp?). I wanted to see if anyone has heard about the status of this shelter and its pets - we would take Louie into our home to foster or adopt if we could get him, or perhaps someone down there can at least get him into rescue! I'm in Lancaster, PA. I emailed the address off his listing, and will post any response I get.

Oh, he's a cutie Lisa, let us know how it goes. Someone on the board, I think Carolyn, mentioned that a rep from WRM was down there. We could use an update as well as a list of needs that they (WRM) might have.
