My Jack aka Brodie
My new Cairn Brodie (he used to be called Jack) came from a similar home. He was kept in a plastic crate all day IN A GARAGE of all places. Luckily the breeder who lives in the area was given a "heads up" and she got the dog back. He had no muscle tone and his coat was dragging on the ground. His crime? Urinating on a kitchen throw rug! Whats even more pathetic, at our house he goes to our garage door to ask to be let out instead of the back to the kennel...He also does this weird zoo animal type pacing in the kennel outside...he is a very sweet boy though..having a bit of a hard time housebreaking him though. I have about 30 minutes of obedience training into him and he sits and drops pretty well and is learning stay...

Re: My Jack aka Brodie
Poor baby. I'm sure it will take some time for him to get over his earlier treatment. I would love to make people who force their dog to be in a crate all day, not have bathroom privileges for the same amount of time. Hugs, Jordana, Charlie, and Jackie
