I did some web surfing and found some multiple breed breeders in MO and PA that have Cairns...the most telling was that these type of breeders do not post pictures...an illbred Cairn coming into a household could have devastating effects..had a local case here where a woman bought a male from a breeder in MO (puppy mill?) and he got aggressive and attacked one of her other females..had to surrender him to the vet where he was presumably put to sleep. The AKC is not of much help..they do inspect kennels, but the breeders are given advance notice and they don't want to put breeders out of business because of the revenue generated from registration fees etc. Lynda and the Minkies December 23 at 10:50 Re: Time magazine article It's a real mess and seems to be getting no better over there.
