At 9:20 AM on the morning of May 11, 2006 we said goodbye to our beloved Maxie. It was his time, not ours and we will miss him for a long, long time to come. He went gently with both of us holding him for the last time. We hope that when it's our time to go, we can go with as much dignity and peace as our beloved friend.
