robin is better
Robin is better this morning, she hasn't thrown up since early last night, she acted kinda funny last night, but she seems to be better this morning, she drank water and went outside to pee. still isn't eating like she should, I think I will try to get her some baby food.
I am not sure what she had, it might have been just on upset stomach, she had her rabies shot about a week ago, so I am not sure if it was a reaction or not.
thanks again for all of your help, you guys are the best

Re: robin is better
I thought she was feeling better, then late this afternoon, she was pooping a number of times, a yellow, watery and stickie poop. I took her to the vet, he gave her an antibiotic and a probiotic . hopefully they will help, the big problem is she doesn't like to take pills, they said to try marshmallows ( never of the that), tried it didn't work, so tried peanut butter, it worked better. she seems to be better, just took her outside to poop, she had a little problem, it is still yellow, but not as watery,
Hopefully I won't have to clean the carpet again. please keep her in your prayers.

Re: robin is better
Robin isn't vomiting anymore, right? That is good if so. Not surprising her BM's aren't the best. Glad you got her to the vet. Wonder if she picked up something. In order to get Minnie to take her meds, I resorted to biscotti butter. It's just like peanut butter only made out of cookies. I would scoop some in a 1/2 tsp and put it in the freezer. Then when it was firm I took it out then put in a cut up pill, if it was in tablet form, and rolled it in the butter. If not tablets, I would break the pill open and sprinkle it in and mix it together. Made sure if it was tablets, the pieces were covered. I made more than one ball. Gave her the first one without the tablet, then gave her the second one with, and a third without. All in fast succession. She ate them so fast she didn't know what was in it. This was something different that she never had much of. It worked well for us. Another reason we used that butter was that Min's protein levels were too high so we cut out peanut butter and cheese altogether. The biscotti butter hardly has any protein in it and not a lot of sugar so it really came in handy. Can find it at Walmart or other stores. I hope Robin gets to feeling better soon! It's so stressful to care for them when they feel so sick. You want to help so badly. Hugs to you all!
