Ca Kitties made me do it.....
Oh my, it were a moment of weakness on my part. Did Santa see what happened? Will he hold it against me? Can I blame the kitties fer puttin me up to it? Did Mommy leab dem cookies too close to da edge of da table??? You be da judge! Der I was, minden my own business while Mommy made da last batch a sugar cookies. Da phone rang an her went ta answer it an before I knew what was happenin, der I was, up on a chair, with 2 a dem delish cookies in my mouth! I made a run fer it, but ole eagle eyes spotted me crawlin under da bed....By da time her got to me, all dat was left were a couple a crumbs....Darn, evidence! I knew I shoulda just swallowed dem whole! Oh no, Santa Paws will not be happy Miss Emmie her says. Say it ain't so! Tell me it were jus a bad dream....Will Santa forgib me an still bring me my pressies? I swear, I'll neber eat anudder cookie as long as I lib!!! Help me out here friends!!!Lub, Emmie (wif a tummy fulla delish cookies!)
