Prayers please for Caesar Vote for this post

My sweet Caesar has not been feeling good for a few days.  He would not eat and did not want to go for walks with his brother Judah & his friend Rudy.  I took Caesar in on Saturday morning to our Vet.  Our Vet thought he might have pancreatitis.  His upper abdomen was a little tender.  He gave Caesar a pain shot and some medicine and drew some labs on him.  Caesar is doing better on the medicine and is now eating a bland diet and back to walking some.  The Vet called me today with the lab results.  Everything looked good except his white blood count is very elevated.  The Vet said it could be from an infection or it could be cancer.  He put Caesar on antibiotics and we will check his  CBC again after he completes his antibiotics.  I am so worried about him  Caesar is 13 years old now.  He is feeling better but you can tell he is not right.  Please keep my Caesar in your prays.  Love Judah & our Mummy Louise

Oh Louise, of course we'll keep dear  Caesar in our prayers. Kelsie had pancreatitis many years ago and it really threw her for a loop! It took quite a while before she was feeling herself. Hope the meds kick in quickly and the white blood count is due to the pancreatitis. Please give him a great big hug from Emmie and me and tell him we're keeping him in our thoughts and prayers.
Love, Deb, Emmie, and Angel Kelsie

Gosh,This is such a shock to hear Louise,as I am sure it is for you...We are praying here that Caesar just has Pancreatitis and once the medication gets into his system he starts to feel better and that the white blood count high is from infection only,we know how worried you must be  but we will be thinking of you every day and for all to be normal when Caesar has finished the antibiotics...Much Love  and Hugs Annie and Gang xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
