Oh Nooo ..my kitty is under house arrest
Oh Nooo ..guess wot happened...the day before yesterday I went for my afternoon walkie and Stiggy my kitty came wiv us and then went off...well just ootside owr gate when we got back there were 2 men mummy knows and we stopped but then Stiggy cam from across the lane and one of the mens older jack russel ran and chased Stiggy so she flew over the gate and when we got in she was on the landing and had injured her rear left leggie.Mummy tooked her to the vetlady yesterday as no better after a calm night and she has torn ligaments in her knee..the vet lady said she has arthritis in both kness...stiggy is about 12 now..anyway she has to stay in a crate for 2 weeks!! she must not walk or jump ...Mummy and Daddy have put 2 large crates together and one has her litter tray and the other a soft beddie...she is on a huge oak table in the harness room and the door is open so we see her and ashe can see us....if this fails in 2 weeks when she goes back to the vetlady the only option is to operate and that is very expensive and referred elsewhere...we keep owr fingers and paws crossed...she cannot at the moment put her left leg down....Poor Stiggy we say...well apart fwom bro Drew who has always wanted to eat her!! Oh bestest, poor Stiggy! We hopes dat her heals up so her not gots ta get an operation! I myself hab been in twouble more dan once fer chasin my liddle tomcat, Minkus, but it are all in fun an he always escapes through a kitty door to one a da bedrooms den looks out an makes cheeky faces at me!. In da ebenings, we lay on da couch tagether...him on one corner an me in da udder. My Drew Boy should learn ta get along wif Stiggy. Her nots a young kitten anymore an her needs ta take it easy. Hopes you all hab a grand time at da plant sale outing. We gots rain, rain an more rain so we not doin much cept look outside. I puts my liddle raincoat on but only goin out fer potty breaks. oh Bibs and Andrew so sorry to hear about Stiggy, hope she gets better and doesn't have to have surgery . be good nurses to her.

Awww...so sorry to hear that your kitty Stiggy got hurt from the Russel chasing her. Hope that the needed confinement allows her to heal the injuries and that she won't need to have surgery.Crossing paws and fingers that in two weeks she has positive news from the Vet.

Oh poor Stiggy! We are so sorry to hear she has some torn ligaments in her knee. Stiggy stay quiet and do what your Vet lady tells you to do! No chasing mouses and bunnies until you are all healed up. Love your friend Judah, & Angels Caesar and Murphy and our Mummy
