I love the color of the cairn.     I  love  to watch the terrier group, they all have such  terriertuide walking around the ring.

Watched part of it before a severe thunderstorm came through. Did see the Terrier Group and whooped when they announced that the Westie had won! Also noticed the different color of the Cairn, very distinctive! Wish the Westie would have won best in show but we can't be greedy! LOL

I saw that and was cheering and clapping for Boy! He looked so adorable and I think he knew it too. He was truly a stunning Westie. I loved the Cairn too and the unusual color. You don't often see light ones in the final group judging. This one was from a kennel I didn't recognize too, which is nice. I just hope the Westie doesn't spike in popularity perpetuating puppy mills and other bad breeders. It was hard not to love that face. I liked the Peke, Wasabi too. He's very comical with his little waddle. He looks like a mop with feet, eyes and a nose but a cute mop! I was, however, rooting for Bourbon the Whippet. I can't believe she got reserve again! The Frenchie was also adorable.

FoxSports only bothered to show Westie judging for a half a minute but the whole thing can be found online at the WKC website or bypass that and search YouTube. I liked the Lyndhurst estate setting in June better than MSG in February. I totally would have been more interested in going. Going to NYC that early in February you run the risk of snow.

Yes we watched last night. Grady enjoyed at the edge of his seat making a few whimpers at the parade of dogs. We seen a gorgeous westie take a win for the group. Cheers!!
We too watched the Cairn group and there was one frisky fellow that reminded me of Grady the way he rebelled the handler during his brief inspection. In true cairn fashion with a buck hindquarter and shake off style.

The one handled by Ernesto Lara? I noticed that one too right away and wasn't surprised he acted like that but WAS surprised that behavior didn't get him disqualified! Cairns are ALWAYS feisty and it's fun to see that terriertude come out even in the show ring. I like the ones that toss their head around, look around and alert the way a good Cairn should. The red ones are so striking! I've seen one or two reds in the handful of Cairns I've ever seen in real life.

Judah & I watched the  Westminster Dog show last night.  We got so excited when the Westie Boy won the terrier group.  He was very handsome and had Westietude!  Loved the wheaton Cairn, Scottie and Skye terrier.  We were very disappointed when the Westie did not win best in show.  Still feel like the Westie was the best!!!!  Love Judah and his mummy Louise

The Swedish one I bet! CGH CH Hjoo's Hjo Want it All (#18)
or maybe the other Swedish one? Cairndale Argyle Swedish Fusion (#7)
There is another Hjoo listed too. Lots of Swedish Cairns! They must have the good looks because Biba is beautiful. I loved the red wheaten that won. He is such a gorgeous caramel color!
