I got no sofa to lounge on now!!
Guess wot....cos the sofa that ny Brudder Drew widdied up soo much had to go...well it wos heavy so Daddy choppered it up in the hoose!!!...Drew and me looked at daddy at the weekend when mummy wos at work and we thought he lost his marbles we did...well I did but I weckon Drewboy knewed all along why this was happening...he did not chopper it much...more like he took it apart to get it oot so it was less of a battle to maul it oot....anyway cos Mummy wos busy and we wented for nice walkies and so on ...Guess wot?!!! still no sofa...watch this space I do say...No sofa to lounge on I ask yoo wots a Cairn gal to do....I keep yoo all informed how long I watching a space on the carpet!!...have a soft snoozy everybod...Huggies and kissies to all and Smoochies to my Grady and Bestest fwend and Drews gal EmmieSue. from Bibs and Drew the widdie xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Oh my stars! I neber heard a such a thing as choppin up a couch...eben if it were drippin wet from my Drew Boys' widdie! What a low blow I do say that you gots ta lounge on a chair or on your beddies. I mean how you goin ta get comfy an watch da telly?? I be watchin ta see how long you is without one. Ober here, Mommy heard dat it can take up ta 6 months ta get furniture!! We hopes you not wait dat long! Oh, an we been wonderin bout Stigs. How is her doin? My little tomcat, Minkus gots ta go to da hospital on Friday ta get his mouf checked. Mommy finks he might hab an abscessed toofer an dat is da soonest she could get him in. It are hot, hot here. Hullo Bestest Fwend and Drews gal Emmie...Mummy looking at sofas online and also the compooter..we hope yor kitty Minkus will be fine and get the abscess mended in his mouff..my kitty Stiggie is doing OK Mummy says ...her leg is not as bad but Mummy says she still got to have her opewation on Friday morning at the vetties and give her a chance..mummy says it wurrying like yor mummy knows aboot....I going wiv Drew for my morning walkie now and mummy only worky for 2 hoors today ...Big Kissies Bestest and hope to have a pooter real soon and get piccies back on...its been soo long and Slurpy smoochies from Drew ...We lov yoo load...Bibs and Drew xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Me Grady here ...Miss Bibs I feel for ya as we had to wait for our Sofa to come and it took a few weeks. It's my favorite napper place so I had to find a new place till it arrived. Under Mommy's chair worked nice and it is still a place I go. Hang in there cause a sofa will surely come and you'll have your comfy spot again.Sending cuddles to you my Swedish beautyxoxoxox...keep peepers on your Bro Andrew..winks
Annie would it help to get a long sofa cover that goes to the floor to help protect the new sofa when you get it? It can be removed for washing. Or a belly Band for Drew? Grady did a few naughty's and the belly band helped till I got him trained . Now if only I could get him to stop doing the occasional frisky dance and digging with my chair pillow..his little pleasure's. UGH

Sandra,it was the skirt on the bottom of sofa he widdies up and of course then it soaks right through so I am going to get one with legs...little monkey has always done it up something...he is not shut in for any length of time...even at the farmhouse he did it but a lot of time it was in the hall and up the furniture and onto hard tiled floor so easy to clean...he does it out of devilment I think if he hears me come back before I get to open the door ..or if he may hear a squillie on the birdfeeder...his window seat does not look out onto that though...he would be going wild then and widdieing everywhere I think ..LOL...Today I only went to work for 2 hours and got back and he had done one again up the bed valance!!!..again...I do not want to shut them out of bedroom as thats where the window seat is....I usually say...who's done this Andrew and he skulks with luggies down..and then that look to say sorry...or not maybe...I cant really shout at him in case he gets frightened bless him...maybe its a seperation thing from before we rescued him....Maybe plan B and sleep in a large hammock!!LOL...and sofa!!...anything without legs or a frame..Hugs and kisses to you and Grady Annie Biba and Drew xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Oh my...thankfully I have a little girl...but then again Layla has always cocked her leg to pee so not sure what's up with that. Maybe she is having gender concerns... Sure hope you figure out something before the new furniture arrives. Perhaps a belly band is the answer?
Very busy over here helping daughter pack up boxes and also helping with keeping house clean and laundry done as she is juggling studying for her masters degree while booking movers, packing and just life in general. House signing is two weeks today. We are all very excited and that is what is keeping us motivated.
