• PERMITTED USAGE
Visitors and users of our websites are free to view and participate in site activities, including posting questions, comments, images, stories, or opinions to our forums, albums, and chat room. You may view and store displayed text, graphics, icons, photographs, or images on your personal computer but you may not use, distribute, sell, modify, or copy any such content for any purpose other than your personal use, and you may not use any such content to produce derivative work for a third party.

• EMAIL ADDRESS LINKS AND MEMBER PRIVACY
To permit communication between site visitors, email addresses may be included
in some forum messages and member biography pages (at the option of that member). However, the Terrier
Club takes an active role in protecting site users from spammers and
viruses. Therefore, email addresses are often "disguised"
to hide them from bots (automated scanners) and viruses. We do not make
member or visitor email addresses available to any third parties. Our
member database is considered private, proprietary and copyrighted -
attempts to use this private information without permission for any
reason (including spam lists) is prohibited.
• PUBLIC FORUM / MESSAGE BOARD / PHOTO FEATURES
All images and messages posted to our site and any opinions, advice, statements or other information contained in any messages posted or transmitted by any party are the responsibility of the author of that message and not of the site administrator or moderator.
The site owner and administrator accepts no liability for, nor does
it endorse or verify the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any
message, image, or other user contribution to the sites. Site visitors
and users may not submit media, images or text that is copyrighted by another
party, nor may they post material that is inappropriate, commercial,
politically motivated, inflammatory, denigrating, libelous, obscene, racist, pornographic, spam, or otherwise of
an adult nature not suitable for the intended audience of this site
• MEMBERSHIP AND PUBLIC POSTS
Membership in the TerrierClub and TerrierTown is provided as a courtesy
to our Terrier friends. However, we reserve the right to refuse, remove,
or edit public posts or membership in our club at any time for any reason.
Offensive or inappropriate posts may be reported to the forum moderator, and
such posts are subject to deletion if multiple complaints are received from
members or forum visitors. Troll posts - those intended to bait, insult, or provoke discord among the membership - are also subject to locking or deletion. (See Troll (Wikipedia) for a definition of the typical Internet Troll.) Misuse of our sites,
including inappropriate or "flame" posts, spamming, or unusual traffic from any member or
visitor may result in IP blocking or banning from our site.
